How to Refund

We at IntrovertPalace started with the vision of creating introvert related merchandise such as t-shirts, caps, and hoodies that could represent who, we, introverts are. 

As introverts ourselves, yet entrepreneurs, we went as far as thinking we can create a sort of life style movement. Imagine one day, we have a line of clothings that attract a cult line following around the introvert community.

That would be a dream come true. 

To be at the forefront of that.

But of course, we know things take time. So right now we work with suppliers and in house designers to see what kind of products we introverts enjoy. From quirky hoodies to art sets. We're seeing what people want. 

Here are the steps to take on getting a refund: 

1. Take a picture of your package 

2. Repackage it. You can buy packaging materials from dollar stores. 

3. Send it back to us. We will provide you the address to do so.
